Job summary

ProAg is seeking a Software Engineering Manager, Solutions Architecture in Maple Grove, MN. You will lead a team to deliver architecture-driven software solutions for farmers, agents, and re-insurers in an Agile environment.

This role reports to the Enterprise Architect and supports feature teams to realize our vision of making crop insurance easier. You will mentor engineers, drive a high-performing culture, and collaborate with product teams to shape the technical roadmap while influencing

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• 3+ years of engineering leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong technical background for architectural and design discussions
• Demonstrated success leading and managing software engineers
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, and Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
