Job summary

AGCO is seeking a Senior Manager, Application Systems to lead engineering teams delivering application systems within Crop Care platforms. You will set technical strategy, oversee architecture, and ensure alignment with product roadmaps, quality standards, and business goals.

The role requires guiding cross‑functional programs, multi‑site teams, and driving delivery with a focus on performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance. This onsite position is based in Jackson, MN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading global or multi-site engineering teams.
• Background in application systems for industrial machinery is a plus.
• Proven ability to influence technical strategy and organizational direction.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the engineering strategy for application systems, aligned with product roadmaps.
• Lead development of system architectures, technology selection, and platform scalability.
• Ensure delivery of reliable, high‑quality application systems meeting performance and regulatory requirements.
• Drive innovation within application systems and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Oversee large-scale programs with budget responsibility and cross-functional delivery.
