Job summary

Francisco Partners seeks a Manager of Software Engineering in Alpharetta, GA for a hybrid role (office one day per week). You will lead cross-functional teams building scalable SaaS products and own end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

2+ years managing software engineering teams in an agile environment.
6+ years hands-on engineering experience with .NET and modern JS frameworks.
Strong grasp of full-stack SaaS architecture and cloud-native development.
Experience leading distributed/remote-first teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow full-stack engineering teams delivering features using .NET, Angular/React, and AWS.
Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and technical ownership.
Drive delivery across multiple initiatives, aligning engineering with product goals.
Partner with product managers to refine backlogs and prioritize work.
Coach and mentor engineers, supporting career growth.
Support hiring and onboarding as the team scales.
Ensure systems are secure, performant, testable, and observable.
Participate in architecture reviews, favoring sound, scalable decisions.
