Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
• A Master’s degree is a plus.
• 8 years of experience in a related field required.
• At least 2 years of progressively responsible management positions.
• In lieu of a degree, 12 years of related experience plus management experience.
• Certifications such as CSM, PMP, CSPO, SEMC, MPM, or CM are a plus.

• Lead full lifecycle development for designated software teams.
• Plan, budget, oversee and document all project software activities.
• Manage remote teams and ensure productive collaboration.
• Develop schedules, scopes and objectives with stakeholders and product owner.
• Coordinate resources to deliver quality software on time and within budget.
• Provide leadership and enforce coding standards and development processes.
• Mentor engineers in self-organization and cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with CIO to define product direction and future needs.
