Joint Research and Development is seeking a Senior Software Developer to lead design, development, and delivery of complex software solutions. This role provides technical guidance, mentoring, and ensures quality and performance.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of professional software development experience, including leadership or technical lead responsibilities.
• Java/Spring MVC and Spring Boot experience highly preferred.
• SSO, session management, and complex permissions environments.
• Strong object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack development across the software lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.
• Write high-quality, reusable code in Java, C#, C++, ASP.Net, Python, JS/TS, or equivalent.
• Drive code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with DevOps to streamline CI/CD pipelines and IaC.
