Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Software Engineering Manager for the Internal Applications team. You will lead multiple agile teams, drive platform enhancements, and partner with Sales, Product, Pricing, and Operations to deliver end-to-end capabilities globally.

You will coach engineers, shape delivery strategies, and monitor CI/CD governance to ensure scalable, reliable systems that power Heartland's Sales business and merchant experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams and delivering complex initiatives.
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices, including .NET, SQL, Agile delivery methodologies, and technology solution implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, manage resources effectively, and deliver high-quality outcomes while balancing multiple priorities.
• Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing talent with a track record of building engaged teams.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills, with ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
