Job summary

Heartland is seeking a senior leader to drive the evolution of technology powering its Sales business. You will lead platform enhancements, modernize critical systems, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value.

The role requires a track record of coaching and building high-performing agile teams, with strong leadership and communication skills to influence decisions at all levels. Cloud and legacy modernization experience is a plus.

• Ability to prioritize work, manage resources effectively, and deliver high-quality outcomes while balancing multiple business and technology priorities
• Track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing talent
• Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and influence decision-making at all levels
• Experience with legacy application modernization, cloud technologies, and large-scale codebase transformation is a bonus
• Certifications in SAFe, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or AWS are a bonus
• Experience with distributed onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams within payments or financial technology is a bonus
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
