Job summary
Global Payments is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to join our Internal Applications team. You will lead high-performing engineers, drive platform enhancements, and shape technology strategies that accelerate product outcomes while delivering measurable business value.
You’ll partner with Sales, Product, Pricing, Boarding, Implementation, and Operations to ensure seamless end-to-end capabilities and ongoing modernization of critical platforms, cloud integrations, and governance practices.
Qualifications
- Experience leading software engineering teams delivering complex initiatives across multiple systems.
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices including .NET, SQL, Agile delivery methodologies.
- Ability to prioritize work, manage resources, and balance business and technology priorities.
Responsibilities
- Drive the delivery of platform enhancements that improve sales effectiveness and operations.
- Lead and develop high-performing agile teams and mentor engineers.
- Shape technology strategies to enable scalable product outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver end-to-end capabilities.
- Champion CI/CD, automation, and governance to improve speed and quality.
