Global Payments is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead the Internal Applications team in Oklahoma City. You will guide high-performing engineering squads, shape delivery strategies, and partner with Sales, Product, Pricing, Boarding, Implementation, and Operations to enable end-to-end business capabilities.

The role emphasizes coaching, empowering teams, and driving scalable, reliable platforms in a globally distributed payments environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading software engineering teams and delivering complex initiatives.
Strong understanding of .NET, SQL, and Agile delivery methodologies.
