Global Payments is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead the Internal Applications team and shape the future of our sales technology platform. You will drive platform enhancements, optimize processes, and deliver scalable solutions that create measurable business value.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Pricing, Boarding, Implementation, and Operations to ensure end-to-end capabilities while mentoring engineers and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams and delivering complex initiatives.
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices (.NET, SQL) and Agile.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop talent within high-performing teams.
