You will modernize engineering practices, improve developer productivity, and strengthen operational excellence to deliver high‑quality software at scale. The ideal leader is pragmatic, people‑minded, and delivery‑oriented, able to mentor engineers, collaborate with cross‑functional partners, and drive reliable, observable systems in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and scaling Agile software engineering organizations.
• At least 3 years of engineering leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices, cloud-native architectures, web technologies, APIs, and mobile application ecosystems.
• Experience building and operating reliable production systems with observability and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Mentor engineering leaders and individual contributors, fostering ownership and growth.
• Champion a product mindset by helping teams understand customer needs, measure outcomes, and solve meaningful user problems.
• Mature automated testing and deployment pipelines and improve tooling and environments.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including employees, contractors, and external partners, to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.
• Establish lightweight governance and predictable delivery practices for speed and risk management.
• Drive reliability, availability, and operational readiness through monitoring and incident management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
