Job summary

Securitas Technology, a world-leading provider of integrated security solutions, seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead systems integration projects from initiation through closure. You will plan, execute, monitor, and deliver with a focus on scope, budget, and quality while engaging customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include developing plans and schedules, managing risks, and ensuring QA/QC processes. Strong PM skills, PMP preferred, and ability to coordinate across groups are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or 5 years of experience in a security industry-related role.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully leading multiple simultaneous projects for at least two years.
• Proficient in applying Project Management methodologies, fundamentals, and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including documenting findings and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects using appropriate PM methods.
• Develop project plans, scopes, SOWs, charters, and schedules.
• Establish requirements to define scope, effort, timeline, funding, staffing, and metrics.
• Create sub-plans (communication, QA, resource, procurement, deployment).
• Manage issues/risks, change management, reporting, and financials.
