Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a related field and in software management.
• Proven ability to lead remote software engineering teams and deliver enterprise software.
• Experience with waterfall/agile hybrid methodologies and project leadership.
• Certifications in Scrum or project management are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the software engineering team across design, development and testing.
• Manage resources, scope, schedule, and SDLC processes for core products.
• Plan budgets, program schedules and stakeholder communications.
• Translate product requirements into engineering specifications and user stories.
• Coordinate with CIO and product owner to align direction and roadmaps.
• Identify blockers, remove impediments and ensure on-time delivery.
