• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferably in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years leading local and remote engineering teams delivering distributed systems on cloud platforms.
• Agile/Scrum SDLC expertise.
• System design and architecture across multiple patterns.
• Software development across multiple stacks and languages (Java, JavaScript, web services).
• Experience delivering high-volume web and mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.
