Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.

• Experience with enterprise web applications and Microsoft SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop software engineers and technical leads.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
• Oversee software delivery across product teams with Agile governance.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Project Managers, and Architects on delivery planning.
• Monitor delivery metrics and ensure high-quality, timely releases.
