Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise software through full SDLC.
• Experience with application development, systems integration, and ETL/data integration.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Strong OO programming principles and software engineering practices.
• Proficient with Git and Azure DevOps for source control and DevOps workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of Software Engineers, Business Systems Analysts, and QA Analysts.
• Foster collaboration across engineering, analysis, and QA to deliver solutions.
• Oversee full software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment and support.
• Partner with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.
• Provide estimates, resource planning, and delivery oversight for projects.
• Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality software meeting requirements and security needs.
• Manage code repositories and development workflows (Git, Azure DevOps).
• Collaborate with EA, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business teams for scalable solutions.
• Support Agile delivery and drive process improvements across teams.
• Monitor team performance and project health; participate in governance and risk activities.
