Qualifications

• Experience leading technology roadmaps and strategic planning efforts.
• Ability to align investments with business objectives across functions.
• Knowledge of SaaS platforms, APIs, and security concepts.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Track record delivering AI, automation, and analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technology relationship manager for Finance, HR, and enterprise shared-services functions.
• Develop and maintain strategic capability roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Translate market trends into actionable recommendations for the firm.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for AI, automation, analytics, and process transformation.
• Drive technology portfolio planning, governance, and value realization across internal functions.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, platform support, vendors, and business teams on investments.
• Develop business cases, investment recommendations, and strategic plans for corporate initiatives.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, governance forums, and roadmap discussions.
• Champion change management, communications, adoption, and readiness for new initiatives.
• Monitor investments through KPIs and dashboards for continuous improvement.
• Build scalable workforce and sourcing strategies through talent development and vendor partnerships.
