Job summary

Forvis Mazars US is seeking a Platform Product Owner II to lead platform strategy, drive adoption metrics, and manage the full lifecycle across enterprise SaaS solutions. You will partner with executives, PMs, and vendors to deliver measurable business value while upholding governance and security standards.

You will mentor junior product owners and champion Agile practices, influencing firm-wide technology initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product ownership, product management, platform management, or related tech roles.
• Experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms and driving adoption and business value.
• Strong Agile/Lean practices, backlog management, and lifecycle governance.
• Security, privacy, data governance, and compliance awareness for enterprise apps.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform strategy, vision, roadmap, and OKRs with executives and PMs.
• Monitor adoption, usage, and business impact to drive continuous improvement.
• Own platform lifecycle: evaluation, implementation, release, retire planning.
• Groom backlog, gather requirements, create epics, features, and user stories.
• Draft functional specs, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and docs.
• Prioritize work by value, risk, effort, and dependencies with the team.
• Govern templates, reusable assets, and standards across platforms.
• Coordinate custom development and integration with Dev teams.
• Manage cross-functional delivery with vendors/contractors; ensure quality.
• Oversee vendor renewals, SLAs, QBRs, and escalations.
• Plan upgrades, releases, impact assessments, testing, and communications.
• Oversee stakeholder testing: regression, UAT, performance, security validation.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, Data Governance for stability and compliance.
• Maintain platform documentation, audit readiness, and governance procedures.
• Mentor junior product owners and promote Agile/Lean continuous improvement.
