Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Software Engineering or related field.
- Six or more years of progressively complex software engineering leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies; SAFe and PI Planning experience preferred.
- Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle and delivery processes.
- Experience with CI/CD, source control, branching strategies, automated testing, and containerized environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Hire, mentor, coach, and develop software engineers to build a high-performing team.
- Lead Agile execution and support PI Planning; improve predictability of delivery.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and manage risks to delivery.
- Define and improve testing strategies; coordinate releases and quality metrics.
- Maintain technical depth to understand architecture, builds, CI/CD, and containerized environments.
