Vantor Inc. is seeking a Manager of Software Engineering to lead the Platform Authentication & Authorization team in Westminster, CO. You will drive people leadership, technical direction, and delivery accountability for identity and access capabilities across the platform.

The role emphasizes secure MFA, SSO, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and Keycloak operations, with collaboration across Security, Compliance, and Product. If you excel at guiding engineers in complex distributed systems, this is for you.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; four additional years may substitute for the degree.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with ownership of production systems.
• At least 2 years of engineering-management experience or equivalent technical leadership with mentoring responsibilities.
• Experience with Agile practices and secure SDLC controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers with varied skills and expertise.
• Translate objectives into engineering priorities, plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Plan staffing, capacity, and budget; guide requirements with stakeholders.
• Oversee identity and access services, including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, MFA, SSO, and Keycloak operations.
• Promote AI-assisted engineering with validation and security-aware review.
