Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of broad experience with large-scale systems and identity platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/cybersecurity.
• Hands-on with Okta Workforce Identity Cloud and multiple certs (2+).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-scale identity solutions using Okta.
• Lead onboarding with SAML, OIDC/OAuth, SCIM provisioning, and federation.
• Develop scalable identity architectures improving security and user experience.
• Partner with cloud, platform engineering, and security teams to integrate controls.
• Drive automation, CI/CD, and IaC to reduce manual work.
• Own incident response, post-incident reviews, and resiliency improvements.
