Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience developing web applications.
• 2+ years of experience in people management/leadership positions (teams of 3+).
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Experience with Java or .NET on the backend.
• Experience in insurance or FinTech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of digital platforms using microservices, cloud technologies, AI/ML, and DevOps principles.
• Lead and guide the scrum team to ensure the delivery of solutions.
• Build, mentor, and retain a team of high-performing Software Engineers and QA Analysts.
• Promote innovation and transformation by seeking opportunities to improve processes and platforms.
