Qualifications
- 10+ years in software engineering with leadership experience
- Delivery of customer-facing web and/or mobile applications
- Cloud-native development on AWS
- Experience managing teams of employees and consultants
- Agile software development experience
- Clear and concise communication
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day software development lifecycle for the firm's client website and mobile app
- Drive planning, prioritization, estimation, release management, and deployments
- Lead and develop a blended team of internal engineers, QA, and external resources
- Review designs to ensure scalability, maintainability, performance and security
- Mentor team members and support career development
- Champion AI to improve productivity, quality, and client experience
- Oversee security and vulnerability management
