Qualifications

• Proven experience leading all aspects of technology solutions delivery, from definition through operations/run.
• People Management experience 2-3 years and leadership qualities.
• 8+ years of experience in product/framework/tools development, upgrades, and production support for defects, vulnerability fixes, compliance & migrations.
• 5+ years of experience with multiple diverse teams in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Formally supervises, coaches, and develops a work group/team.
• Monitors objectives and drives performance of the team.
• Provides strategic leadership related to applications and software-development methodologies.
• Ensures quality of one or more codebases and alignment with development standards.
• Researches and evaluates tools to support domain-specific needs.
• Partners with Domain Owners and Payment Networks to drive strategic decisions.
• Designs highly complex applications, interfaces, and integrations across systems.
• Leads performance engineering of enterprise software architecture and guides developers.
• Engages in advanced code development and day-to-day support duties.
• Embraces AI across the group.
