Job summary

Labcorp seeks a Manager, Software Engineering - Clinical Content Management to lead a high-performing team responsible for CCMS and diagnostic report generation. You will partner with product and clinical stakeholders to define requirements, set priorities, and deliver scalable solutions.

The role centers on architecture, content governance, and automation, with emphasis on regulatory alignment and modern engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role (team lead or management).
• 2+ years managing software engineering teams, including hiring and performance management.
• 5+ years experience with Python, relational databases, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern web frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers across levels.
• Own the technical roadmap for clinical content management systems.
• Partner with product, clinical content authors, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Drive design and delivery of tools for clinical content, templates, and reports.
• Oversee content lifecycle systems: authoring, versioning, workflows, publishing.
