Job summary

Labcorp Genetics is seeking a Manager of Software Engineering for Clinical Content Management Systems to lead and grow a cross-functional engineering team supporting the clinical content lifecycle and diagnostic reporting.

You will define and execute the technical roadmap, collaborate with product, clinical, and reporting stakeholders, and oversee system design for content authoring, versioning, review, and publishing while driving automation and AI/LLM integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• At least 2+ years in technical leadership and people management.
• Strong expertise in Python, databases, cloud platforms, REST APIs, microservices, CI/CD, and front-end tech.

Responsibilities

• Build and mentor a cross-functional engineering team.
