Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering - Clinical Content Management (CCMS) to join Labcorp Genetics. You will lead a team of engineers, own the technical roadmap for clinical content management, and partner with product, clinical content authors, medical affairs, and reporting stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.

The role requires strong leadership, deep Python and cloud experience, and a track record of delivering regulated software in healthcare.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading or mentoring engineering teams.
• Experience delivering complex software in healthcare or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a multi-level software engineering team.
• Own the technical roadmap for CCMS.
• Collaborate with product, clinical content authors, medical affairs, and reporting stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.
• Drive design and delivery of tools for clinical content, including templates and reports.
• Oversee content lifecycle management: authoring, versioning, review, and publishing workflows.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards, CI/CD, testing, and incident response.
• Manage team capacity, hiring, performance reviews, and career development.
• Drive scalable architecture for content storage, governance, and delivery.
• Champion automation of content assembly and report generation.
