Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior software engineering leader to drive an empowered team responsible for the entire software development lifecycle. You will coordinate with global technical teams and partners, define requirements with cross‑functional groups, and guide design, coding, testing, and deployment of scalable, secure solutions.

You will mentor engineers, enforce best practices, manage costs and schedules, and align with Agile processes to deliver high-quality software on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development life cycles, configuration management and best agile software engineering practices.
• At least one year of experience in a leadership role or completed a leadership course.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience in software development using Java, JavaScript, and Node.JS.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience as technical manager of a product deployment team.
• Familiarity with the use of AI in software development practices.
