Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior software engineering leader in Milpitas, CA to guide a team through the full product lifecycle. You will drive cloud-native development, microservices architecture, and networked product initiatives while coordinating cross-functional teams and partnering with customers.

You will manage complex projects, ensure high-quality engineering standards, and contribute to the product roadmap with accurate estimates and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 15 years of related experience, or Master's + 12 years, or PhD + 8 years.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience with cloud-native software development lifecycle (Git, Jenkins, CI/CD).
• Experience with microservices and virtualization.
• Experience with TCP/IP networking products and solutions.
