MSU Federal Credit Union in Michigan seeks a Software Engineering Lead to drive design, development, and lifecycle ownership of a portfolio of software applications including digital banking and core systems. You will lead a team, set standards, partner with product and project teams, and ensure quality through automated testing and robust documentation.

The role supports onsite, hybrid, or remote work (within Michigan or Illinois) with occasional travel to East Lansing.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or 3 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of C# (ASP.NET Core), Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and OO design.
• Familiarity with web technologies, databases, SQL queries, and security best practices (OWASP).

Responsabilidades

• Lead software engineering efforts across multiple solutions and collaborate with product teams.
• Write robust, testable code and develop automated tests for reliability and quality.
• Document system designs and decisions for knowledge sharing and maintenance.
• Mentor and coach a high-performing engineering team and participate in SDLC activities.
