Michigan State University Federal Credit Union is seeking a Software Engineering Lead to own design, development, and lifecycle of MSUFCU software solutions including websites, digital banking apps, core banking systems and related internal tools.

The role collaborates with product teams, defines system designs, and leads a cross-functional group to deliver high-quality, secure software with robust documentation and testing. Occasional travel to East Lansing HQ may be required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with SDLC and enterprise-scale software development.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, security, and cloud infrastructure.
