Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or other relevant field of study.
• Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrates learning agility, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and technical acumen.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Immersive Technical Training Bootcamp.
• Attend quarterly learning series and work on real-world projects.
• Receive mentoring and career development support from your mentor and team lead.
• Meet Ally's technology executives and engage with Employee Resource Groups.
