Job summary

Ally Financial invites interns to grow from Educated to Experienced by working with diverse teams across the country. The internship provides hands-on projects, mentorship, and exposure to leadership, with a focus on developing technical and professional skills.

During the 11-week program, you'll collaborate with AI & Analytics and Enterprise Technology teams, gain real-world experience in data analysis and cross-functional communication, and participate in a structured orientation and career

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior in a full-time undergraduate program or pursuing a Master's program.
• Majoring in computer science or a relevant technical field.
• Moderate understanding of Python or SQL.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrates learning agility, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and technical acumen.
• Available for the full duration of the internship program.
• Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI & Analytics and Enterprise Technology teams on data and analytics projects.
• Analyze data, communicate findings, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
• Interact with Ally's leadership and participate in mentorship and development opportunities.
• Support project-based work and learn through hands-on experiences during the 11-week program.
