Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Software Engineering Co-op to join our Engineering team in Danvers, MA. The role offers hands-on work with a Class III medical device context and modern software development practices.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to build and test software components, contributing to data integration and algorithm analysis while learning industry-standard processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• Familiar with Linux OS and at least one web UI framework (Angular).
• Proficient in Javascript, C, Lua or Rust programming languages.
• Basic statistical analysis knowledge and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support a productive team with peers and managers across teams.
• Assist in integrating new data sources into existing architecture.
• Design, develop and test software solutions using Agile methods.
• Assist in software engineering activities and documentation.
• Support verification, validation and integration testing.
