Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technology Co-op participant to gain hands-on experience across data, AI, and software engineering within a leading healthcare technology environment.

You will join a cohort that works with multiple business partners, contributes to real projects, and potentially feeds into the TLDP program. The role emphasizes collaboration, learning, and rapidly applying modern tech skills.

Qualifications

• Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., no visa sponsorship required
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Currently enrolled pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree
• Preferred fields include IT, CS, MIS, Data Science, Cybersecurity
• Ability to work full-time from Jan 11, 2027 to Jun 21, 2027
• Passion for a career in technology
• By start date, candidate must be an undergraduate sophomore or above

Responsibilities

• Work within specialized groups in the J&J Technology organization to build solutions for business partners and drive value
• Contribute individually and/or as a team member to support a designated technology area
• Work with key stakeholders to accomplish goals and objectives to support the J&J Technology project/program portfolio
• Build awareness and experience of key capability skills in support of the J&J Technology Strategy
• Conduct data and process analysis to support development of key solutions
