The role emphasizes delivering reliable software, leading Pega 7.x/8.x development, mentoring vendor consultants, refining technical requirements with Product Owners, and ensuring code quality across environments in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Technical Lead, or related occupation.
Experience building features based on requirements with frequent stakeholder discussions.
Direct collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders to define in-depth requirements.
Guiding teams and proactive communication for successful project outcomes.
Using JAVA, Pega PRPC, CSS3, and HTML5 to implement core features.

Responsibilities

Deliver reliable and secure software solutions meeting operational specifications.
Lead, build, and maintain a Pega 7.x/8.x application development while mentoring vendor consultants.
Coordinate with Technical Product Owners and Business community to refine needs and provide technical solutions.
Review and guide code development through code reviews.
Monitor triage, debugging, surveillance, performance, and scalability across environments.
Enforce Pega best design and coding practices and maintain high compliance.
