Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.
5+ years of experience as Software Engineer, Technical Lead, or related role.
Experience building features from requirements with stakeholder discussions.
Experience with Java, Pega PRPC, CSS3, HTML5 in delivering core product features.

Responsibilities

Deliver reliable and secure software solutions meeting operational specs.
Lead and mentor vendor consultants in Pega development.
Coordinate with Product Owners and Business community to refine requirements and provide solutions.
Review and guide code development through reviews and benchmarks.
Ensure design and coding practices meet high Pega compliance and performance.
