Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 3 years of experience.
• Experience as Software Engineering Team Lead with SDLC expertise.
• Proficient in building responsive web apps using React.js and modern JS.
• Strong knowledge of React Hooks, Context API, and Redux state management.
• Experience with JSX, CSS, and Material UI; accessible UI development.
• Frontend testing with React Testing Library and Snapshot testing; accessibility testing.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot; JUnit testing.
• Database design with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and ArgoCD.
• Deploying and operating apps in AWS; integrating LaunchDarkly and Okta.
• Diagnosing production issues with Splunk and Dynatrace.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technology go-to for complex technical questions and ensure quality by following standards.
• Design and build prototypes.
• Prepare deployment and post deployment plans and coordinate with architects, PMs, and developers to meet customer needs.
• Define requirements and create process flows and diagrams for requirements gathering.
• Adhere to hybrid work schedule and collaborate across teams.
