J&T Business Consulting is seeking a Software Engineer (Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph) at Fort Meade, MD. You will design, develop, test, and enhance complex software systems within a security-focused environment.

You will contribute across all phases of the software development lifecycle, integrate with various platforms and databases, and ensure performance and security standards are met through rigorous testing and documentation.

Qualificações

• Security clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Core software engineering: full lifecycle, algorithm implementation, debugging.
• Integration & systems flow: integrating software into platforms and databases.
• Testing & documentation: author test procedures and document results.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze user needs and requirements to derive design specs.
• Design, code, test, and modify software features for environments.
• Develop and optimize algorithms to meet performance criteria.
• Create and execute test procedures, resolve defects, document outcomes.
• Design complex database interfaces and data extraction routines.
• Apply mathematical modeling to predict system behavior.
• Collaborate with engineers, end users, and leads on data usage and reuse opportunities.
• Author and review technical documentation and suggest process improvements.
