2HB Incorporated is seeking a Mid-Level Software Engineer in Annapolis Junction, MD, to support a government customer. The role requires TS/SCI/Full Scope Polygraph clearance and a strong background in Java and Angular development.

You will design, develop, test, and maintain Java/Angular applications, build RESTful APIs, and support data access layers using Oracle and PostgreSQL. Experience with Spring Boot, microservices, and Kubernetes is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze requirements to design, develop, test, and maintain Java and Angular applications.
• Support RESTful APIs, service integrations, and data access components across relational databases.
• Migrate to Spring Boot, modernize databases, and implement microservices and containerization.
• Deploy and support containerized apps in Kubernetes across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Participate in architecture/code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Develop automated unit/integration tests, support CI/CD, and document with Confluence/Jira.
• Provide backup database administration for Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MariaDB.
