Job summary
Ctrl+ LLC in Annapolis Junction, MD is seeking a seasoned software engineer to build Java and Angular features for a Spring Boot and Angular application handling large data sets. You will develop REST services, optimize data access, and support modernization toward containerized deployments in a security-conscious environment.
The role requires in-person work and proximity to the listed location, with TS/SCI clearance as a must.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Java enterprise development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Experience with Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
- Experience with Angular or frontend frameworks.
- Proficient in REST APIs.
- Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MariaDB).
- Experience with Docker/Podman and Kubernetes deployments.
- Experience in application modernization and technical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Java and Angular features.
- Build REST services and optimize relational data access.
- Support modernization and containerized deployments.
- Create tests and maintain CI/CD workflows.
- Contribute to architecture, code reviews, and documentation.
- Provide backup database administration and cross-train for continuity.
