Job summary

Fidelity Information Services, LLC is seeking a Software Engineer Senior Lead in the United States to provide technical leadership while designing and delivering reliable, secure, and scalable software solutions. You will guide complex engineering work from design through production, partnering with product and business teams to help engineers make sound technical decisions.

• Strong experience designing, developing and supporting production software
• Experience leading complex technical work and guiding engineers through design and delivery
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, development practices, source control, automated testing and code review
• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and recommend practical, sustainable solutions
• Clear communication skills and experience working with technical and non-technical partners
• 10-15 years of relevant work experience

About The Role

As a Software Engineer Senior Lead, you will provide technical leadership while designing and delivering reliable, secure and scalable software solutions. You will guide complex engineering work from design through production, partner with product and business teams, and help engineers make sound technical decisions. You will also strengthen development practices through thoughtful architecture, code quality, testing and continuous improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing and delivery of complex software solutions
