Fidelity Information Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Software Engineer Lead in the United States. The role focuses on leading design, development, testing and delivery of complex banking software solutions within FIS systems, guiding architecture decisions and ensuring secure, scalable delivery.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product and business partners, and drive engineering standards across the lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with FIS Systematics core banking technology.
• Strong experience designing, developing and supporting production software.
• Experience leading complex technical work and guiding engineers through design and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, development practices, source control, automated testing and code review.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and recommend practical, sustainable solutions.
• Clear communication skills and experience working with technical and non-technical partners.
• 5-10 years of relevant work experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing and delivery of complex software solutions
