All Ring Tech USA LLC is seeking a talented and motivated Bilingual Mandarin Chinese and English Software Development Engineer to join our team developing advanced motion control systems and robotic automation solutions. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing motion control software, implementing control algorithms, and ensuring seamless integration between software, motors, sensors, and hardware systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and motion control engineering, along with the ability to communicate effectively in both Mandarin Chinese and English to support technical collaboration across engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software for motion control systems and robotic applications.
• Develop and optimize motion control algorithms for precise positioning, speed regulation, trajectory planning, and coordinated multi-axis movement.
• Integrate software with servo motors, motor drives, encoders, sensors, and other hardware components.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to ensure seamless hardware-software integration.
• Develop and troubleshoot real-time control software for robotic systems and industrial automation equipment.
• Perform system testing, debugging, performance analysis, and validation in laboratory and real-world environments.
• Diagnose software and hardware integration issues and support system commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Provide basic hardware maintenance support, including replacing screws, making minor mechanical adjustments, and assisting with component integration.
• Document software architecture, control algorithms, testing procedures, and maintenance processes.
• Communicate technical specifications, project updates, and engineering issues in both Mandarin Chinese and English.

Job Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in software development or software program design; experience with motion control systems, robotics, or industrial automation is preferred.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in C/C++ and Python or other relevant programming languages.
• Motion Control Knowledge: Understanding of servo control, motor drives, feedback systems, PID control, and motion planning.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with real-time systems, embedded software, hardware interfaces, and sensor integration.
• Development Environment: Experience with Linux-based development environments and software debugging tools.
• Communication Skills: Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly in both languages.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary engineering teams and support hardware-software integration activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing motion control software for robotics, autonomous systems, or industrial automation equipment.
• Familiarity with ROS (Robot Operating System) and robotic software architectures.
• Experience with EtherCAT, CANopen, Modbus, or other industrial communication protocols.
• Knowledge of sensor integration, real-time data processing, and multi-axis motion control.
• Experience with system-level testing, commissioning, and performance optimization.
