Job summary

All Ring Tech USA LLC is seeking a talented Software Development Engineer fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English to design, develop, and optimize motion control software for advanced robotic automation. You will work across software, hardware, and mechanics to implement control algorithms and ensure seamless integration with motors, sensors, and drives.

Qualifications

2+ years in software development or design; motion control/robotics/automation preferred.
Strong programming and debugging skills in C/C++ and Python.
Experience with real-time, embedded software and Linux environments.
Ability to communicate technical information in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain motion control software for robotic systems.
Develop and optimize motion control algorithms for precise positioning and multi-axis movement.
Integrate software with servo drives, encoders, sensors, and hardware.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary engineers to ensure HW-SW compatibility.
Develop real-time control software and perform system testing and validation.
Troubleshoot integration issues and assist with commissioning.
Document software architecture, algorithms, tests, and maintenance procedures.
Communicate project updates in Mandarin and English.
