Technology Resource Experts, LLC is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join a rapidly growing team in the United States. The role involves developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex software systems using Java and Python on AWS, with a focus on analytics, large data sets, and real-time processing.

The ideal candidate holds an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and a BS degree with at least 5 years of experience, and will work in an Agile environment coordinating with Systems

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• BS degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience developing Java/Python applications on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, and enhances complex and diverse software systems based on documented requirements.
• Works individually or as part of a team.
• Reviews and tests software components for adherence to design requirements and documents test results.
• Resolves software problem reports.
• Utilizes software development and design methodologies appropriate to the development environment.
• Provides input to system design including hardware/software trade-offs and use of COTS/GOTS.
• Implements MOAT system in Java/Python using AWS services.
• Implements automated tests at functional and systems levels.
• Partners with System Engineers to execute the agile process.
• Prototyping of solution space in the AWS cloud.

Technology Resource Experts, LLC is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join their rapidly growing team!

• Develops, maintains, and enhances complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing- intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real-time systems, and business management information systems) based upon documented requirements.
• Works individually or as part of a team.
• Reviews and tests software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results.
• Resolves software problem reports.
• Utilizes software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment.
• Provides specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, use of Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS)/Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components.
• Implementation of the MOAT system in Java/Python using AWS services.
• Implementation of automated tests at functional and systems levels.
• Partnership with System Engineers to execute the agile process.
• Prototyping of solution space in the AWS cloud.

The projected compensation range for this position is $100K - $175K.
