Docusign is seeking a Software Engineering Intern on the DevX and Extensibility team to help build guardrails, monitoring, and insights for MCP extensions and connectors. You will collaborate with senior engineers to design telemetry, logging, and safety mechanisms that make our Agent ecosystem observable and resilient.

This 12-week internship is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Software Engineering, with hybrid in-office and remote work.

Qualificações

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience writing, debugging, and testing code in at least one modern language.
• Familiarity with cloud concepts (Azure or AWS).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with senior engineers to design and implement guardrails and safety mechanisms for MCP extensions and connectors.
• Build and enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting for visibility into Agent behavior.
• Contribute to backend and/or services codebases, including writing, debugging, and testing features.
• Participate in full software development lifecycle: design, implementation, code reviews, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Help improve developer experiences for internal and external builders, including docs and examples.
• Partner with product, security, and platform teams to translate requirements into tasks.
• Present work through demos and a final internship presentation.
