ParetoHealth in Philadelphia is seeking a Software Engineering Intern to join experienced engineers and contribute to real projects. You will work on software features, tools, and workflows that support Pareto's teams, participate in code reviews, and learn how a product moves from idea to reliable software.

You will gain practical experience, daily guidance from mentors, and exposure to the full development lifecycle—from understanding a problem to testing and deployment—while collaborating

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Experience with at least one programming language through coursework or projects.
Familiar with core software development concepts: data structures, version control, testing, debugging.
Interest in how software enables business and customer needs.
Clear communication, curiosity, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

Help design, build, test, and maintain software features and internal tools.
Work with cross-functional teams to understand needs and shape solutions.
Write clean, tested code and contribute to documentation.
Participate in code reviews and team planning.
Investigate bugs and improve reliability of systems.
