Job summary

ParetoHealth is seeking a Product Manager Intern to join the Pareto Customer Experience Product team. You will build skills in product discovery, user research, data analysis, and cross-functional project work at the intersection of healthcare, insurance, and technology.

This internship offers hands-on experience, guidance from the product team, and exposure to a high-growth environment where problem-solving and collaboration are valued.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer/Info Science, Data Science, Analytics, or related field; rising junior or senior.
• Available to work in Pareto’s Philadelphia, PA office during June–August 2027.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to explain ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support customer research through interviews, surveys, feedback review, and market research.
• Analyze product usage and customer data to identify trends and inform recommendations.
• Define success metrics for product initiatives and track results.
• Draft product requirements and user stories in partnership with Engineering and Design.
• Contribute to roadmap planning and backlog prioritization in alignment with team goals.
• Support feature launches, from discovery through release, including documentation and training materials for internal teams and customers.
• Present findings and recommendations to Product leadership at the end of the summer.
