Job summary

ParetoHealth is hiring a Product Manager Intern to support the Customer Experience Product team, building and improving tools for brokers, employer groups, and Pareto's internal teams. You’ll gain hands-on experience in product discovery, user research, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

This internship offers exposure to healthcare, insurance, and technology, with mentorship from the product team.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s program in a quantitative or business field.
• Rising Junior or Rising Senior standing at an accredited college or university.
• Willingness to work in Pareto's Philadelphia, PA office during the summer (June–August 2027).

Responsibilities

• Support customer research through interviews, surveys, feedback review, and market research; translate findings into product opportunities.
• Analyze product usage and customer data to identify trends and inform recommendations.
• Help define success metrics for product initiatives and track results over time.
• Draft product requirements and user stories with Engineering and Design.
• Contribute to roadmap planning and backlog prioritization in alignment with team goals.
• Support feature launches from discovery through release, including documentation for internal teams and customers.
• Present findings and recommendations to Product leadership at the end of the summer.
